Which devices can I use? Can I log in on multiple devices? Is it available for Android and Apple?
Yes, you can use it on your phone, tablet, or laptop. Since it's cloud-based, you can log in on multiple devices at the same time. It works on both Android and Apple devices.
Is this an app?
Yes, it’s a web app. You can install it by using the 'Add to Home Screen' option from your browser, instead of downloading it from the App Store or Play Store. Once installed, it functions like a regular app, so you don’t need to open the browser every time.
Is the app multilingual?
Yes, we currently support Chinese and English.
Does the app support different currencies?
Yes, we currently support the following currencies:

Do you offer monthly payments?
We currently don’t offer monthly subscriptions. However, you can try it for 1 month for RM48 before signing up for a yearly subscription.
Is there a contract? Can I get my data back?
No, there’s no contract. After your yearly subscription ends, you can choose to discontinue without any penalties. You can export all your customer and payment data anytime. We won’t retain any of your data.
Do you offer support after signing up?
Yes! Our customer service team is available via WhatsApp. You can contact us anytime during our operation hours (9 AM – 10 PM daily) and we’ll respond within 15 minutes.  You can also book a free online set-up session with us. Don’t worry—we’ll always be here to assist you!
Do you support e-invoicing?
Yes! We’ll release the e-invoice (Malaysia) feature in June 2025. Training sessions on e-invoicing will be conducted for our users in May and June 2025 to help you get started smoothly.
